Description:
UHF-03-II UV cross-linking instrument is a versatile 254nm UV radiation system, mainly used to cross-link the nucleic acid immobilized on the membrane. Can also be used for DNA cutting agarose gel, RecA mutation screening, pyrimidine dimer produced by the restriction endonuclease digestion, UV sterilization to eliminate PCR pollution. In UV sterilization, UV treatment of polymers also have application value.
