Overview

TDM-VII high-temperature vacuum expansion meter is used to detect the high-temperature expansion performance of solid inorganic materials and metal materials, especially corundum, refractory materials, shell and core materials for precision casting, ceramics, ceramic raw materials, porcelain clay, glazes, and glass. , graphite, carbon and other inorganic (organic) materials, metal products, and the performance of polymer materials, providing essential testing methods for scientific research and teaching. The TDM thermal expansion meter is also suitable for measuring the linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, measuring the average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, measuring the coefficient of thermal expansion of graphite electrodes (CTE), and the "Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products". It also fully meets the requirements of the State Food and Drug Administration. Packaging materials [Linear thermal expansion coefficient testing].

Main technical parameters

MODEL

TDM-VII

Maximum furnace temperature

1200, 1400, 1700 selected by the customer.

Heating speed

adjustable from 0 to 100 degrees/min, temperature controlled by computer program.

Coefficient calculate

computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, linear expansion, and rapid thermal expansion.

Coefficient compensation

Automatically calculate the compensation coefficient and compensate automatically, or manually correct it (online).

Date record

Automatically record, store, and print data, and print temperature-expansion coefficient curves. The temperature interval can be set freely, with a minimum interval of 1°C.

Deformation measurement

uses a high-precision grating micrometer sensor.

Measurement range is ±12.7mm,

Resolution is 0.1um

Accuracy is 0.2um

Range is automatically corrected.

Expansion value measurement range is large and the sample adjustment range is increased.

Sample range

(2 to 15) × (2 to 15) × (20 to 150) mm.

Samples can also be individually protected by atmosphere according to user requirements, and can be evacuated with a vacuum degree of 0.1MPa.

Transmission

Imported linear bearing transmission is used to achieve friction-free transmission of expansion values, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.

System measurement error

±0.1~0.5%

Power supply voltage

220V±10%, 2KW

Interface and data software

TDM-VII high-temperature vacuum expansion meter is equipped with a standard computer interface and can be connected to a general-purpose computer. All test operations are completed through the computer interface. The operation is easy to learn and a full set of software is provided.
